Ben Donnell is a named shareholder in the Corpus Christi office of Donnell, Kieschnick, Wolter & Gamez. He is a trial lawyer whose practice includes medical malpractice defense, health care litigation, products liability, energy related litigation, business, commercial and insurance defense. Ben is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization

Ben is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and the American Bar Foundation and is a member of the Corpus Christi Bar Association, the American Board of Trial Advocates, Texas Association of Defense Counsel, American Health Lawyers Association, American Inns of Court, and a member of the Bar Association of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Born in Wichita Falls, Texas, Ben received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas in 1959 and his LL.B from the University of Texas in 1961.
After law school, Ben was a briefing attorney with the Supreme Court of Texas from 1961 to 1962. He is Martindale-Hubbell AV rated. Ben is admitted to practice as a member of the Texas State Bar, U.S. District Court for the Southern and Western Districts of Texas, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
